William M. Thompson III, known as “Will,” is a certified mediator and the eldest son of Bill and Rob Thompson, and husband to Callie Anne Thompson. Raised in Somerset, Will attended Somerset High School, where he was active in athletics. He went on to earn a double major in History and Political Science from Western Kentucky University, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law in Virginia.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Will has focused primarily on automobile and personal injury litigation. He also serves as the Assistant County Attorney for Lincoln County. Growing up in the Lake Cumberland area, Will is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
Dan Thompson is a certified mediator and a skilled litigator with 17 years of courtroom experience. A Yale University graduate (Class of 1996), Dan earned his Law Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
For 10 years, Dan served as the primary trial lawyer for the Pulaski County Attorney’s Office, building jury trial experience. His persuasive arguments have earned him a strong reputation as an attorney.
Dan has represented small businesses, doctors, and private individuals. Notably, he led a federal false claims jury trial and successfully appealed the case to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
